The application and techniques are all based on my mix modality educational background, result is my own signature holistic massage style. Incorporates a mix of any and/or all of the following multi style of holistic bodywork as per each individual needs per each session: Swedish + deep tissue and fascia bodywork + Shiatsu + Acupressure + Compressions + Thai style Stretch + Reflexology + Lymphatic + Mobilization + Aromatherapy+ Sound and breath awareness integration.
Sequence works to support and treat the body’s surface & deep tissues as well as the body’s meridian lines, chakras, organs & nervous system. Essential oils can/ may be used based upon request (Please specify any sensitivity).

Weekly : Each hour billed at $80/ hour
Bi weekly: Any booking over 2 hours at regular rates is reduced to $80/ hour

High quality curation of ethical, natural + fresh food products & ingredients incorporating a rhythmic touch technique, and deep cleansing protocol coupled with stimulating and healing massage on the face, scalp, neck, shoulders, hands, and feet.
Ultimate care and skin analysis as well as post-treatment skin -care protocol included. And wait till I show you all of the goodies in my skincare product kit. Rotating offerings, As always, changing things up to keep things updated and feature great finds in our vast industry.

Combination of instruction, movement, meditation and bodywork massage:

Sound and aromatherapy elements included..
